Fixed several issues, including incorrect page ordering, lack of source code includes, and incorrect layout
Several other manuals were used for reference including:
All pages were troff'd off of the original tapes. DWB 3.3 was used as the Troff with modified man macros incorporating sections from the man macros on the tape. Files were converted to postscript with the dpost postprocessor included with DWB. For reference on correct layout, troff was used on v8 itself with the -Taps flag and the output was fed to dpost, creating a reference file to modify the DWB man macros to fit with.
Print dates were intentionally disabled in the macros.
Includes are made with the /usr/include from v8. All pages typeset correctly.

Released by Nokia for non-commercial purposes. Troff'd off of the original tapes. Man pages generated with mandoc, other pages troff'd with the original installation of troff and sometimes edited in Acrobat Pro to fix margin errors (sometimes the ToC pages and Permuted Index were cut off).
The man page for adb(1) is missing, it would not typeset correctly.
